For the Future of the Industry

Born from a decade of experience in the UK film Industry.
Backed by leading Manufacturers and Professionals.
Built to serve humanity & forge a brighter future for the Industry.

Our Pillars

1

We support the R&D of leading film technologies – bridging the gap between Arts and STEM. As members of The Royal Academy of Engineering, we work with manufacturers and institutions to advance film technologies from camera stabilisation, drones, exoskeletons, virtual production, and AI-driven filmmaking.

Technical R&D

2

We bridge the gap between academia and industry through hands-on training, on-set experience, and industry-led production simulations. Partnering with academic institutions, we equip talent with mentorship, technical skills, and direct access to high-end productions, ensuring they graduate industry-ready.

Aligning Academia

3

Our simulations replicate professional sets, training industry professionals and students in stunts, wire rigs, dynamic cinematography and beyond. Delivered with BSC and ACO professionals, they ensure technical excellence, set etiquette, and critical production experience is passed on.

Production Simulations

4

We use simulations to create films that engage communities, raise awareness, and bridge societal gaps. Projects like Lost in London and Error in Terror have attracted National attention, sparking dialogue around disability and Islamophobia byusing film as a tool for change both on screen and within communities.

Social Impact Films

5

We break barriers to entry. Our Simulations allow us to mentor 200+ students annually, providing pathways for neurodivergent learners, underrepresented groups and a meaningful CSR opportunity for Industry partners. Productions also stimulate local economies and attract investment to underserved regions

Bridging Gaps

"We need the long-term thinking and investment in the future that this project represents.”

Gavin Finney BSC Cinematographer & Former BSC President

It was a fully professional shoot. The way they handled the equipment, the way they approached the process—I was shocked at their ability level.

Rupert Hornstein ACO First AC

The Futures in Film initiative is really amazing. It has been able to take Academia, take Industry and really bridge them together.

Apparently we had reached a great height in the atmosphere, for the sky was a dead black, and the stars had ceased.
